In Part 5 of the Jeansland Fresh Blood series, Andrew Olah chats to Saifullah Minhas, the 32-year-old sales and marketing manager of Delta Garments. A third-generation family-owned factory based in Lahore, Pakistan, the business has had its ups and downs.

Mr Minhas walks us through the evolution of the company and how it came to focus on product and quality. He also shares his insight on competition among mills in Pakistan and with those of neighbouring Bangladesh and India. 

The notion of how value is created is central to the discussion between the two, along with what it takes to run a successful business today.
