Soko presents fading dye effect
At the Kingpins Amsterdam show (April 15 and 16), Italian chemicals maker Soko will unveil Soko Shadow, a fading dye effect.
Applicable to a range of fabrics, from RFD to classic denim, Soko Shadow naturally accumulates around seams and pockets, creating a multi-tone look through its dye-resist and migration properties.
The company will also present its all-in-one compound Hydogel, and Frost, which delivers the aesthetic of pumice stone and potassium permanganate without the environmental toll.
Soko also collaborated on the finishing of a special collection designed by Adriano Goldschmied, made from a cotton and wool blend by Pioneer Denim.
The Luxury Beyond Convention collection from Isko Luxury by PG, under the creative direction of Paolo Gnutti, will also presents fabrics and garments finished with Hydrogel, Lumia and Frost.
