Better prospects for French lifestyle brands
Now headed by former Levi Strauss executive Santiago Cucci and the founder of e-commerce platform Veepee, Michaël Benabou, French lifestyle label IKKS is showing that is has turned a new leaf in its spring 2026 campaign. The setting and products are part of the brand’s repositioning in the mid to high market.
Another sign that the French lifestyle label landscape is looking up, denim brand Kaporal may also be making a comeback as a licensing agreement has been signed with Artextyl, a company that owns Francesco Smalto and Geographical North.
