Gap appoints new chief customer officer for Old Navy
Gap Inc has announced the appointment of Michael Francis to lead customer services at Old Navy as well as shared marketing services at Gap Inc. An experienced brand and marketing executive, Mr Francis has held key positions in retail and entertainment. He was president of JCPenney, marketing lead at Target and head of brand at DreamWorks Animation.
For Old Navy, his mission will be to deepen customer engagement and strengthen the brand’s storytelling. In addition, he will be in charge of media strategy and execution across the group’s brands.
