Saatchi Gallery appointment for Ian Berry’s Secret Garden

Artist Ian Berry’s Secret Garden denim installation will be the highlight of a new exhibition at London’s Saatchi Gallery, running from April 10 to May 10.

‘Textile Art Redefined’ explores the innovation and creativity of contemporary fine art textiles and is curated by Helen Adams, inspired by her book Fine Art Textiles.  

The gallery said: “In an increasingly digital world, creating by hand has taken on a new appreciation. Visitors are invited to see how century old techniques including embroidery, quilting, weaving, knitting and crochet are used in textile art today.”
