Hong Kong based Blue Fever has acquired Garmon from Kemin, which owned the chemicals company since 2018. Kemin has ceded ownership of the company’s products, technologies and patents but will continue to oversee manufacturing, keeping the same quality, formulations and specifications, it said. 

Garmon joins other companies in the Blue Fever Group, which specialises in denim and garment dyeing and finishing supplies, and even includes a laundry. No financial details were disclosed by the two privately-owned companies.
